Instructions for Block Education Officers
- After successfully submitting applications through online RTE-PARADARSHI portal, respective parents will visit the office of the Block Education Officer (BEO) with all necessary hard copies of original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies of all relevant records and 2 passport size photographs on the specified date decided by the Directorate of Education.
- Respective BEO will verify the students’ applications with the hard copy of original documents and validate the students for the online lottery at the state level. Concerned BEO office will keep the one set of hard copies of students’ record for future reference and send another set of hard copies to the respective schools where students are allotted after the online lottery. Concerned BEO will also instruct and monitor that no private schools are eligible to initiate further original copy verification with the students and parents.

- ଅନ ଲାଇନ୍ (RTE-PARADARSHI) ଶିକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକାର ଅଧିନିୟମ- ପାରଦର୍ଶି ପୋର୍ଟାଲ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସଫଳତାର ସହ ଆବେଦନ ପତ୍ର ଦାଖଲ କରିବା ପରେ ସଂପୃକ୍ତ ଅଭିଭାବକ ମାନେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକାରୀ (BEO)ଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ଯାଇ ଶିକ୍ଷା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାଲୟ ଦ୍ଵାରା ସ୍ଥିର ହୋଇ ଥିବା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ତାରିଖରେ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରଯୁଜ୍ୟ ରେକର୍ଡ ଗୁଡିକର ଦୁଇଟି ସେଟ ଆତ୍ମ- ପ୍ରମାଣିତ (Self- attested) ଫଟୋକପି ଓ ଦୁଇଟି passport ଆକାରର ଫଟୋ ଦାଖଲ କରିବେ ।
- BEO ମୂଳ ଦଲିଲର ହାର୍ଡ଼କପି ସହିତ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଆବେଦନ ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରିବେ ଏବଂ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ଅନ ଲାଇନ୍ ଲଟେରୀ ପାଇଁ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଧିସିଦ୍ଧ କରିବେ । ସଂପୃକ୍ତ BEO କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ, ଭବିଷ୍ୟତର ସହାୟତା ପାଇଁ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କ ରେକର୍ଡର ଏକ ହାର୍ଡକପି ରଖିବ ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟ ଏକ ହାର୍ଡକିପ ସେଟ୍ ସଂପୃକ୍ତ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ପଠାଇବ ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ଅନ ଲାଇନ୍ ଲଟେରୀ ପରେ ତାହା ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦିଆଯିବ । ସଂପୃକ୍ତ BEO ମଧ୍ୟ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେବା ସହିତ ତଦାରଖ କରିବେ ଯେପରି କୌଣସି ଘରୋଇ (private) ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ , ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଏବଂ ଅଭିଭାବକମାନଙ୍କ ମୂଳ କପିକୁ ଅଧିକ ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରିବାକୁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ନୁହଁନ୍ତି ।
