ଉତ୍ତର: BEO ଦ୍ୱାରା ଅଂଶୀଦାର ହୋଇଥିବା ତାଲିକା / ଦଲିଲ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଲଗ୍ଇନ୍ ID ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଲଟେରୀ ବିଜେତା ଛାତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ନାମ ଲେଖାଇବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ | ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟ ଆଡମିଶନ ପରେ, ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟଟି RTE-PARADARSHI ପୋର୍ଟାଲରେ ସିଟ୍ ସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ଅଦ୍ୟତନ (update) କରିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ କରେ | ପୋର୍ଟାଲରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ସିଟ୍ ଉପରେ ଆଧାର କରି ଶିକ୍ଷା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାଳୟ ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ରାଉଣ୍ଡ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିପାରିବ।

ଉତ୍ତର: ଆଡମିଶନ ପରେ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ସିଧାସଳଖ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟରେ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ଫି ଫେରସ୍ତ କରାଯିବ |

Answer: Visit the RTE-PARADARSHI portal available in www.rteparadarshi.odisha.gov.in and click on the school registration link to register your school.

Answer: The school needs to wait for the online lottery of the students. Once the online lottery is done, the school will receive a list of lottery winner students allotted to that particular school from respective Block Education Officer (BEO) along with all necessary documents about the students required for admission.

Answer: No, after successfully submitting the application through online RTE-PARADARSHI portal, the respective parent will visit the office of the Block Education Officer (BEO) with all necessary hard copies of original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies of all relevant records and two passport size photographs of the child on the specified date decided by the Directorate of Education. After the online lottery, respective BEO will submit the photocopies of documents of lottery winner students to the concerned school with an official approval for admission.

Answer: No, the BEO office will validate the lottery winning status by themselves.

Answer: School needs to enrol lottery winner students using their login ID according to the list/documents shared by the BEO. After the first round of admission, the respective school needs to update the status of the seats on the RTE-PARADARSHI portal. Based on the available seats on the portal Directorate of Education can initiate the next round of online lottery.

Answer: After the admission, the school will be reimbursed the fees online directly into the account of the school.
